High Season (June – August)

• Weekdays (Sun–Thu): 4,500 PLN / night
• Weekends (Fri–Sat): 6,000 PLN / night

Mid Season (April–May & September–October)

• Weekdays: 3,000 PLN / night
• Weekends: 4,000 PLN / night

Low Season (November – March)

• Weekdays: 2,500 PLN / night
• Weekends: 3,000 PLN / night

Holiday Periods (Christmas, New Year's Eve, Easter, Majówka)

🧾 Additional Fees & Discounts

• Cleaning Fee: 600 PLN (includes linen service for up to 16 guests)
• Additional Linens (towels & bedding): +100 PLN per person
• Refundable Security Deposit: 2,000 PLN
• Optional Sauna Access: +500 PLN per stay
• Optional Late Check-Out (if available): +500 PLN
• Minimum Stay: 1 night
• Long Stay Discount: -25% for bookings of 5 nights or more

Events & Retreats – Barn Venue Rental

The rustic barn at Teodozia pod Gwiazdami is a separate and stunning venue ideal for intimate events, wellness retreats, creative workshops, and small countryside weddings.

Private Retreats / Workshops / Company Offsites

• Day Use (up to 8 hours): 3,500 PLN
• Full Weekend Use: 6,300 PLN (Friday afternoon – Sunday evening)

Small Weddings / Celebrations / Seasonal Events

• One-Day Event Rental: 8,400 PLN
• Full Weekend Wedding Package: 12,600 PLN
• (includes use of barn, terrace, firepit, surrounding land + overnight stay in the house for up to 16 guests)
